Training methodology.

From our extensive experience of working with care companies, we know that carers tend to be busy, hands-on people and don't necessarily respond well to dry, scholastic methods of learning.

The most immediately successful training methods meet people 'where they are' - ie they do not require the learner to take on any additional skills in order to receive, process and integrate new information into their jobs. Our system of training engages, informs and inspires without the need for carers to get to grips with a new system BEFORE they can even start to learn.  

Our TV based training is presented by experts, shot in actual care home situations and participated in, through the phone-ins, by people just like them. Not only do the programmes focus on key outcomes and performance indicators expected by CQC, just as importantly, they address the key issues faced by your staff every day.

All members can record the live programmes for future reference and use them to train new staff and others unavailable at the time of the original broadcast. Our extensive library is supplied to all client members.
